At Batuu Bazaar, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we have specific policies in place regarding returns and refunds.
Digital Products (Downloadable Files):
- All digital products are non-refundable. Once purchased, you have instant access to download your files.
- Please ensure you review product descriptions and files before purchase to avoid any issues.
Physical Products (3D Printed Items and Custom Prints):
- We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original condistion with all packaginf and accessories included.
- To be eligable for return, the item must now show any signs of wear or damage beyond what is inherent to the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Refund Process:
- Upon recieving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued for the item price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Custom Orders:
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item has not been started or shipped. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Batuu Bazaar.
- Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you recieved a damaged or defective item, please contact us wihin 7 days of recipt with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
